Open Positions:

1. Business Meetings Organiser

This position is perfect for sociable and active individuals. You will be assigned to work with one exhibiting company, helping them organise personal meetings with other event participants. This role involves maximum communication, dynamics, and drive. It's for those who are not afraid to set goals, easily find common ground with people of different ages and statuses, and are always ready for new challenges.

2. Producer's Assistant

This role involves meeting speakers and VIP guests, as well as organising work in the conference hall (handing microphones, escorting speakers to the hall). You will work with the most important people at the event, ensuring every moment goes flawlessly. This option is ideal for polite and attentive introverts who are ready to work in a calm environment — you will be in the conference hall 70% of the time, ensuring comfort and order.

3. Registration Desk Administrator

This position involves meeting and registering participants, distributing badges and handouts, and providing assistance with organisational questions throughout the event. Exceptional attentiveness, courtesy, and efficiency are key qualities for this role. Every guest's day at the event starts with your smile and warm welcome. You are a reliable "information desk" and an indispensable assistant, always ready to promptly solve any issues.

4. Marketing Assistant

This role includes tasks such as assisting with on-site media registration, creating content for the Telegram channel and Instagram — mobile photography and short videos (no editing required) during the event, monitoring the photographer and videographer's work against a checklist, recording short interviews with participants.

Candidate requirements: experience in mobile photography/videography, a high-quality smartphone (4K video, please specify the model in your response), portfolio/work samples (links to social networks are mandatory).

5. Attendee List Checker

This position involves greeting guests at the entrance to the conference area and verifying their names on the list. This role is ideal for quick and attentive individuals who are always on guard to ensure only invited guests enter the event.

Working Conditions:

Age: 18 to 30 years old

Event working hours:
December 10 : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
December 11 : 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Important! Mandatory attendance on both event days and participation in the introductory briefing!

  • Training: We provide full training for each position at an in-person meeting. Mandatory attendance at a general briefing and meet-up the evening before the event. Be prepared to allocate 1.5 hours in the evening.
  • Dress Code: Strictly business attire. Options: trousers, shirt, blouse, blazer, skirt, or a classic dress. Please avoid bright, sporty, or provocative clothing elements. Shoes should be comfortable and closed-toe for easy movement. You can always message us for clothing advice.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards conference participants are required.
  • Organisation & Multitasking: Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, attention to detail, and proper time management.
  • Responsibility: We are looking for candidates who conscientiously complete their tasks.
  • English Language Knowledge: Since the event is international and involves English-speaking participants, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
  • Punctuality: It is important to be punctual and adhere to the established work schedule.
